This recipe is a favorite for me. Each year we pick apples at the orchard and I have made this the last 2 years. The peanut butter is a great addition to the apples as we love peanut butter in our house! The texture of the crumble on top compliments the baked apples well. We like a lot of cinnamon so I add a bit extra :)

SO yummy, my kids LOVE this! It is a little bit peanut butter intense, but we looove peanut butter at our house. So good!

Made this for company on Sunday, thank goodness I tried it before they came. It was terrible. To much peanut butter. Could have reduced the peanut butter by four.

We really liked this one - even the child who doesn't care for peanut butter! The mix of flavors and textures was interesting and made a great finish to a zippy meal. Next time I'll add some more cinnamon though as the peanut butter overwhelmed it.
