REESE'S Chewy Chocolate Pan Cookies

Things You'll Need
  • 1-1/4 cups (2-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips
How to Make

    1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 15-1/2x10-1/2x1-inch jelly-roll pan.

    2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually blend into butter mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. (Batter will be stiff.) Spread batter in prepared pan.

    3. Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack; cut into bars. About 4 dozen bars.

    Made them for a party and what a hit! I am baking them again but with the mint chocolate chips! MMMM!

    Tried this recipe with Reeses Peanut butter chips on half and Hershey's Dark Chocolate Raspberry on the other half. Husband is not a great chocolate fan and absolutely loved the raspberry. Son loved the peanut butter. Tomorrow will try with mint chips. Thank you.

    Oh so tasty and very easy to make. If you love peanut butter cups you will love these cookie bars. PS. Make sure you do a double batch because they disappear quickly!!!
