How to Make
  • 1

  • 2

Crumple tissue paper to create texture.

  • 3

Straighten tissue paper and lay flat.

  • 4

Trace outside line of pumpkin design on tissue paper and cut using scissors.

  • 5

Chose facial features and apply using glue or remove adhesive backing and apply.

  • 6

Add color to face and accessories using marker or paint.

  • 7

Use paint and brush to highlight the background and to accentuate texture (work paint well into the bristles and use light pressure - optional).

  • 8

Outline the pumpkin or ghost with broken lines of black marker.

  • 9

Lay design on paper side of repositionable film, then trace around outside edge leaving a 2" border.

  • 10

  • 11

Remove paper backing and lay film sticky side up.

  • 12

Position the ghost or pumpkin face up in the center (if applying to a wall or mirror, place ghost or pumpkin face down).

  • 13

To decorate, rub the border edge securely in place.

  • 14

To store, place on the shiny side of freezer paper, roll and secure with a rubber band.
