If you love confetti poppers as much as we do (don't we all?), then this DIY candy popper is for you. Because the only thing better than confetti is candy, and it doesn't get better than being handed a popper filled with KISSES Milk Chocolates and ROLO® Chewy Caramels.
- Crepe Paper in Desired Color

KISSES Milk Chocolates in Desired Colors
- With a sharp tool or scissors to ensure smooth edges, use cardboard tubes cut to 6" lengths. We recommend using cheap $1 gift wrap rolls. They are stiffer than the rolls you will get from paper towels and smaller in diameter, so your candy popper has proportional measurements
Punch a cut in the middle of the tubes and cut half the circumference. This will make the poppers easily breakable, but they will stay rigid and hold its shape.
Once you've prepped your cardboard tubes, fill your tubes with ROLO® Chewy Caramels and KISSES Milk Chocolates.
When you're ready to wrap, cut 12" wide strips of crepe paper. Roll the tubes in the paper until the cardboard is covered and glue any edge.
Tie both ends with a pretty ribbon. Using a spare tube, "cup" the ends to mold a popper shape. Crepe paper is very forgiving and easy to mold into shape. Feel free to jazz it up even more and add other accents like calligraphy, press-on jewels, or other designs.
