I made these with butterscotch chips instead of cinnamon, and they were a big hit for a lazy Sunday breakfast.

I love cinnamon chips! I make these muffins frequently for breakfast and then snack on the leftovers for a few days. They do have a bit more sweetness to them more than a regular breakfast muffin, but I love sweets so that's fine with me. If you are as big a fan of hersheys cinnamon chips as I am, you'll love this recipe.

This is one my favorite recipes! It's very fast and easy. I do use a multi-grain mix, which gives it a denser muffin (instead of a cupcake consistency). I also add a bit of ground cinnamon too! YUMMY!
