Fruit Filled Chocolate Dreams Recipe

Things You'll Need

  • 1 envelope (1.3 oz.) dry whipped topping mix
  • 1 tablespoon HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup cold nonfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • DREAMY CHOCOLATE SAUCE (recipe follows)
  • Assorted fresh fruit, cut up

How to Make

  • 1. Line cookie sheet with foil.
  • 2. Stir together topping mix and cocoa in small, deep bowl with narrow bottom. Add 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; beat on high speed of mixer until stiff peaks form. Spoon topping into five mounds onto prepared cookie sheet. With spoon, shape each mound into 4-inch shells. Freeze about 1 hour or until firm. Meanwhile, prepare DREAMY CHOCOLATE SAUCE.
  • 3. To serve, fill center of each frozen shell with about 1/3 cup assorted fresh fruit; drizzle with 1 tablespoon prepared sauce. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately. 5 servings.
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1. Combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in small saucepan; gradually stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil 1 minute.
  • 2. Remove from heat; add margarine and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Cover; refrigerate until cold. 1 cup sauce.
