How to Make

  • For the bunny:

  • Cut a paper towel roll in half, and paint the outside white or blue. Let dry.

  • Cut a heart from white cardstock, making the shape slightly wider than the bottom of the paper towel roll. Glue the heart to the bottom of the roll to create the base.

  • Glue on two googly eyes to the center of the paper towel roll.

  • To create the whiskers, cut six pipe cleaners to equal lengths and glue them to the center of the paper towel roll underneath the eyes, putting three on each side.

  • Glue a pink pom-pom or ROLO Chewy Caramel in Milk Chocolate to the center of the whiskers to create the bunny’s nose.

  • Using a black marker, draw the bunny’s mouth, similar to what is shown in the photo.

  • Glue a cotton ball to the back of the paper towel roll to create the bunny’s tail.

  • Fill the paper towel roll with wrapped HERSHEY’S Easter Candy.

  • Use a white pipe cleaner to form two loops for the bunny’s ears, and set it on top of the candy.

  • For the chick:

  • Cut a paper towel roll in half, and paint the outside yellow. Let dry.

  • Cut a heart from orange cardstock, making the shape slightly wider than the bottom of the paper towel roll. Glue the heart to the bottom of the roll to create the base.

  • Glue on two googly eyes to the center of the paper towel roll.

  • To create the beak, cut a small diamond shape out of orange cardstock, fold in half, and glue the bottom half under the chick’s eyes.

  • Attach a feather to each side of the chick’s body.

  • Fill the paper towel roll with wrapped HERSHEY’S Easter Candy.
