Hours of Operation
The HERSHEY CHOCOLATE SHOPPE store and visitor’s center is open 7 days a week and all holidays with the exception of New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Boxing Day, and Christmas Day.
The HERSHEY Plant in Smiths Falls is a producing plant and production activities are usually limited on weekends and holidays and beyond the control of the HERSHEY CHOCOLATE SHOPPE visitor’s center. This will have an effect on what you will see during the self-guided tour of the plant.
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

To ROGER STEVENS DRIVE (to NORTH GOWER)
Straight through to SMITHS FALLS
To stop sign (MR.MUGS on right)
Through to stop light (ARENA on left - HOSPITAL on right)
Turn left (Elmsley Street)
Go to stop light (ESSO - SHELL gas bar)
Go straight through at this light
Follow Elmsley St. (which becomes Queen St.) until
you go thru the train overpass
First left turn is HERSHEY DRIVE
Fourth gate in for HERSHEY CHOCOLATE SHOPPE visitor’s center or ADMINISTRATION visit

From Kingston and 401:
HIGHWAY 15 to SMITHS FALLS or if approaching from the 401 (either direction) take the highway 15 exit and head north.
Go to BROCKVILLE ST / LOMBARDY ST (traffic lights / bridge on left)
Cross intersection
Follow the street (JASPER STREET) to traffic light
Turn right, go under overpass
First left is HERSHEY DRIVE go to fourth gate for VISITOR CENTER

Tour Information
Our special visitor’s center allows you to discover the wonders of chocolate from our specially constructed elevated viewing level. Maybe you’ll even see one of your favourite chocolate bars rolling off our packaging line. All this while learning the secrets of chocolate manufacturing on our self-guided walking tour. The plant activities are usually limited on holidays and weekends.
Group Tours Welcome
Groups of all sizes are welcome. Groups of 15 people or more are requested to book tour time with HERSHEY CHOCOLATE SHOPPE® visitor’s center staff. Group bookings can be done one of several ways:
