Really good texture, it was moist and delicious. I did cut down on the sugar amount because we don't like overly sweet desserts.

I use this recipe for a half batch of the Hershey's Best Brownies, and my family LOVES them both. We have not tried the frosting for this recipe, yet, but I'm sure it's delicious, too.

This was my first time making brownies from scratch and they came out great! The recipe is easy to make and they are delicious (I just made the brownies without the topping). My husband loved them too!

This is an excellent recipe. You'll see this in my other posts, you should never spend your money on storebought mixes after trying this one! I have mixed up about four batches worth of the dry ingredients and stored them in an airtight container so that when I'm hungry for brownies, all I have to do is add the wet ingredients. Think of the money you are saving by doing this! However, I do add a little water--about 1/3 cup--whenever I make it from my mix. Use two cups of mix to the wet ingredients you see above. You can also use this same recipe to make "Brownie in a Jar", but note, it makes about two cups, so you need a larger jar. You can layer your ingredients like they show on the recipe by the same name, decorate your jar, and give it to your friends who just can resist chocolate.

I make this recipe over and over and I love it. I use a little bit less sugar and instead of using oil, I use melted butter. The difference is outstanding.....the brownies come out richer and without hardened edges.
