I made this a few months ago. There are a few of us at work that love peppermint patties. My friends and I loved these brownies. As a matter of fact I going to make then again today. They are chocolate and minty at the same time. The recipe is not difficult at all.

Easy to make and yummy to eat!! I baked mine a little too long and the edges got a little crispy but they were still really good. I brought them to work, everyone loved them and wanted the recipe :o)

I am a professional, so everything must be organized. My mise en place is done first, and I clean as I go. My kitchen is small, so it is necessary.

I have made this recipe for almost 10 years, every Christmas, it is requested by friends, clients and family. My niece has me ship the edges to her, it is her favorite part. So easy to make, so delicious!!!!
