My family loves the extra peanut butter flavor that the chips provide. These are always made in our home in a double batch. They are always gone FAST!

Next to spending time with my family, baking is my favorite activity. I enjoy trying new recipes and rarely make the same thing twice unless it is just exceptional.

My family loves these peanut butter cookies. They are a soft, thick and chewy cookie with a wonderful peanut butter flavor. They look so perfect people often mistake them for store-bought.

I was hoping these cookies would turn out more gooey and chewy, rather than being on the crunchy side, but they were still delicious! I mixed it up a little too by adding chopped Reese's cups and a few mini semi-sweet chocolate chips cause I LOVE chocolate. The new mix ins turned out great and created a cool texture in the cookie.

I love good peanut butter cookies. I looked forever for a recipe that produced a peanut buttery but not dry cookie. THIS is that recipe. By far the best PB cookies!
