Debra Miller

Debra Miller is the Director of Nutrition and has been with The Hershey Company since 2004. She has a B.A. in Communications from Juniata College and a Ph.D. from Penn State University in Biobehavioral Health with a doctoral minor in Nutrition Science. Dr. Miller also completed a post-doctorate fellowship at Harvard Medical School, in which she studied obesity treatment and weight management issues. As the Director of Nutrition, Debra is responsible for clinical nutrition programs, nutrition communications, and other nutrition-related support for The Hershey Company. Debra is Co-Director of the HERSHEY CENTER FOR HEALTH & NUTRITION where her main responsibility is researching and communicating the health and wellness benefits of cocoa, chocolate, and nuts. She also works closely with Hershey food scientists, chemists and marketing professionals to support claims and develop better-for-you products for The Hershey Company.
