Amy Griel Preston
Amy Griel Preston has been a Senior Nutrition Scientist with The Hershey Company since 2007. Amy has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Exercise Science as well as a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University. Amy is also a registered dietitian and completed her dietetic internship at the Hershey Medical Center through the Penn State program. In her current position, Amy assists with the management of the clinical nutrition program, develops nutrition communication materials, works on product development teams, and serves as a nutrition resource for policy and marketing projects within The Hershey Company. Amy is also part of the HERSHEY CENTER FOR HEALTH & NUTRITION where her main responsibility is developing clinical nutrition studies to better understand the health benefits associated with cocoa, chocolate and nuts.
