Ingredientes

  • 2 tazas de harina para bisquets
  • 1/3 taza de azúcar
  • 2 cdas. de aceite vegetal
  • 1 huevo, ligeramente batido
  • 1 taza de HERSHEY®'S Cinnamon Chips
  • 2/3 taza de leche
Muffins de canela y chispas

Instrucciones

  • 1. Calienta el horno a 400 °F. Engrasa o forra 12 moldes para hornear muffins (2½ pulgadas de diámetro).
  • 2. En un tazón mediano, mezcla bien la harina para bisquets, azúcar, aceite vegetal, huevo y las HERSHEY®'S Cinnamon Chips hasta que quede húmedo. Divide la mezcla en partes iguales y vierte en los moldes preparados.
  • 3. Hornea de 15 a 18 minutos o hasta que se doren. Deja enfriar ligeramente y sácalos del molde. Rinde 12 muffins.
