  1. 1 bag HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Chocolates filled with Caramel, in pink and red foils
  2. 1 bag of crystal clear party bags with ties
  3. Ribbon and bows in red, pink or white

Instructions

  1. Fill bags 3/4 full with chocolates. Close the bags with provided tie and wrap your Valentine bow around the bag to add to the occasion.
