"PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" HOT COCOA

Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F (convection oven: 300°F). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.2. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water; set aside. Stir together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, HERHSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Syrup and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture and coffee mixture, beating well. Stir in HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips, HERSHEY'S Premier White Chips and pecans. Portion cookie dough with #24 scoop. Place 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes (convection oven: 6 to 8 minutes) or until lightly browned; cookies will be slightly moist in center. Do not overbake. Cool about 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to wire rack. Cool completely.
4. Prepare "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" HOT COCOA, if desired: Mix sugar, HERSHEY'S Cocoa and salt in large mug. Heat milk in microwave at HIGH (100%) 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Gradually add milk to cocoa mixture; stir well. Stir in vanilla. Serve immediately. 1 serving.
