Hot Chocolate Mint Tea

Trial Size Food Service Size Ingredients
HOT COCOA MIX
2 cups Nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/2 cup Powdered non-dairy creamer
Dash Salt
HOT MINT TEA
1 Peppermint-flavored herbal tea bag
1 cup Boiling water
1 Tbsp HOT COCOA MIX
Directions
1. Prepare HOT COCOA MIX: Combine dry milk, sugar, HERSHEY'S Cocoa, powdered non-dairy creamer and salt in large bowl; stir to blend well. Store mix in tightly covered container up to two months. About 3-3/4 cups mix.

2. Prepare HOT MINT TEA: Place tea bag in cup or mug. Pour boiling water over tea bag; brew 2 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bag.

3. To serve, place 1 tablespoon HOT COCOA MIX in cup or mug; stir in 1 cup HOT MINT TEA. Stir until well blended. Serve immediately.
