Easter Egg Hunt Tips

Plan a fun-filled Easter egg hunt!

Kids of all ages will enjoy this Easter tradition.
With a little preparation, you will be able to create an event that everyone will look forward to year after year.

Here are some tips to help you get started:

  • Fill plastic eggs with your favorite candy from HERSHEY’S, REESE’S and CADBURY. Our bite sized varieties are a perfect fit for a sweet surprise inside each egg.

  • Put a gold coin or a slip of paper inside a few eggs to let the finders know that they have won a special prize. They can then redeem them for full size candy or other festive Easter gifts.

  • Plan for at least 5-10 eggs per child.

  • If children of all ages will be participating, designate a specific color of egg for each age group. For each age range, place the eggs in areas where it will be challenging, but not impossible, to find.

  • When the children are finished finding their eggs, set up a station for them to decorate their own Easter eggs. Set out hard-boiled eggs, colorful dyes and other decorative materials and let the children create their own egg masterpieces!
