White Chocolate Meltaway Mousse

  • 12 HERSHEY'S BLISS White Chocolates with Meltaway Center
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream, divided
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Remove wrappers from chocolates; chop into pieces. Place pieces and 1/4 cup whipping cream in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at HIGH an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chocolates are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Cool until room temperature (about 30 minutes).

  2. Meanwhile, place remaining 1/2 cup whipping cream in small mixing bowl; refrigerate. Beat refrigerated whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff; fold in cooled white chocolate mixture. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate until served. Garnish as desired. 3 servings.
