  • 2 ALMOND JOY Snack Size Candy Bars (.6 oz. each)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1-1/2 to 3 teaspoons sugar (optional)
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk or milk
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds , toasted

directions

  • 1. Remove wrappers from candy bars. Cut into small pieces; set aside.
  • 2. Place oats and sugar, if desired in microwave-safe bowl. Add coconut milk; stir to blend. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1-1/2 minutes or until oats are plump and milk is absorbed.
  • 3. Stir in coconut and almonds. Cool slightly; top with reserved candy bar pieces.
  • * To toast almonds: Heat oven to 350°F. Spread almonds in thin layer in shallow baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown; cool.
